A few quick answers before you drop off your Tesla.
How long does it take?
Plan for 1 to 2 business days. Pickup time depends on when you drop off your Tesla and the work being completed. We'll confirm your expected pickup time after drop-off.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. The deposit ranges from $200 to $500 depending on the Tesla Kustom service you book. Your booking calendar will show the deposit required to secure your drop-off. The remaining balance is due when the work is complete.
When is the deposit non-refundable?
Once materials have been ordered for your Tesla or you've dropped off the vehicle, the deposit is non-refundable, whichever happens first.
What is Tesla K+?
Tesla K+ is our custom service path for Model X and Cybertruck builds. Because these vehicles can require different installation, materials and labor, your build is quoted before booking.
